AURA

The images present in AURA were taken from 2009 to 2018 in India, a place where the strange and paradoxical have an extraordinary presence. After a long experimentation process in those years and several transformations, it was first published in the form of a book in 2018. There is an interest in provoking the dissolution of literal references, inviting the viewer to construct a new syntax. To this end, he plays with the limits of perception, seeking a hypnotic effect, and a precise degree of ambiguity that promotes mutations of meaning, a sort of alchemical transformation.
